Fettuccine with Salsa, HUON Cold Smoked Salmon and Almonds
Ingredients
- 200 grams HUON cold smoked salmon cut in strips
- 250 gram pack Fettuccine
- Salsa made of: 4 Diced roma tomatoes, 1 diced red onion, 1 bunch chopped flat leaf parsley, zest of 1 lemon, juice of 1 lemon and ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil.
- Rough chopped smoked almonds
Method
Once the salsa is made set aside and cook the pasta. When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pot. Immediately add the salsa and HUON salmon. Toss and serve, garnish with the smoked almonds.
