Thai salad with HUON Hot Smoked Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 x 150g HUON Sweet Chilli Hot Smoked Salmon portions
- 1 small red capsicum, 1 carrot and
- 1 cucumber, all julienne sliced
- ¼ chinese cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, fi nely sliced
- ½ cup bean shoots
- 1 handful snow pea sprouts
- ½ bunch coriander
- ½ cup spicy peanuts
Dressing:
- ¼ cup light soy, tbsp fish sauce,
- 1 tbsp palm sugar,
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and ¼ cup lime juice, combined.
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl except the peanuts, and toss with the dressing.
- Place into a serving bowl and garnish with some extra coriander and spiced peanuts.
