At HUON, we rear our world-renowned Tasmanian salmon in the pristine waters of the exquisite HUON region; at the very edge of the Great Southern Ocean.

This is achieved after salt curing and slowly smoking our salmon in kilns fired with whole river red gum logs for up to 40 hours, in the traditional way.
Importantly, we trim our salmon to give you the finest presentation.
Our premium product is never, ever frozen before it gets to you. So it’s as fresh, succulent and wonderfully flavoursome as the moment it was harvested.
Pre sliced it is ready to eat straight from the pack. Enjoy it with salads, pastas, crisp bread & cheese spread or with eggs Benedict.
