Huon Salmon Salamanca Fresh Easter Hamper Competition: Terms and Conditions 

  1. Entries for the competition commence at 7am on Wednesday, 7 March and close at 7pm on Sunday, 1 April.
  2. The Huon Salmon Salamanca Fresh Easter Hamper competition will be referred to at the point of sale of Huon’s products in Salamanca Fresh stores, the Salamanca Fresh catalogue, and in online advertising.
  3. Employees and immediate families of Huon and Salamanca Fresh, their retailers and their associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
  4. Huon sell fresh and processed salmon product in Australia through retail outlets.
  5. The Promoter is Huon Aquaculture Company Pty Ltd (Huon) (ABN 86067386109) of Level 13, 188 Collins Street, Hobart, Tasmania – Telephone 03 6239 4220.
  6. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the Condition of Entry. By entering the promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.
  7. To be eligible for the competition, consumers must purchase fresh Huon Salmon (fresh portions, fresh fillets or 280g twin portion packs). No minimum purchase is required.
  8. In store – receive an entry form at point of purchase where the purchase is validated, complete the entry details on the bottom of printed receipt entry form, tear off and place in the entry box provided.
  9. Participating Salamanca Fresh stores include: Salamanca, Davey St, Lenah Valley, Bellerive, Huonville, Kingston, Sandy Bay (280g twin portion packs for Sandy Bay only).
  10. The prizes for the promotion are as follows:
    Seven Huon Salmon Easter Hampers, one per participating store.
  11. Each hamper is valued at $70.00 and comprises of: 1kg Fresh Sashimi Grade Huon Salmon Fillet (skin on), 150g Reserve Smoked Huon Salmon Pâté, 150g Reserve Spiced Huon Trout Pâté, 250g Reserve Cold Smoked Huon Salmon Banquet Slice, 250g Reserve Cold Smoked Huon Salmon Whisky Cured.
  12. There is no limitation on the number of entries per person.
  13. The winning entries will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’) and shall be chosen from all entries received per store.
  14. The Easter Hamper prizes will be drawn at random.
  15. The announcement of the winners shall take place at 10.00am on Wednesday, 11 April at Level 13, 188 Collins Street, Hobart, Tasmania.
  16. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The winners will be advised by telephone and by email within 24 hours of the decision.
  18. Details of the winners will be included on from 4pm on Thursday, 12 April for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
  19. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
  20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize.
  21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries.
  22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on and in any promotional material relating to the program.
