Huon’s Helping Hand Community Grants

At Huon Aquaculture, we believe that being part of the Tasmanian community brings with it a responsibility to support the groups and organisations that help to keep it safe, strong, vibrant and connected.

Huon’s Helping Hand community grants program has supported 180 community-led projects, initiatives and group activities since its inception in 2013.

We know that a little bit of help can go a long way, so once a year we offer grants for projects, events or initiatives that support sustainable community development and innovation.

The next round of Huon’s Helping Hand community grants will be accepting applications in 2021, at which time an online form will be available.

This round will coincide with a new grants policy and acquittal process, with a focus on measurable community outcomes that are wide reaching, sustainable into the future and encourage community participation.
