Huon Aquaculture to join an all Tasmanian line up for Effervescence 2014

We are excited to be participating in and supporting the inaugural Effervescence Tasmania event alongside Bruny Island Cheese Co., Tas Prime Oysters, Josef Chromy Wines and an incredible line up of Tasmania’s best sparkling.

The event will take place at Josef Chromy Wines, 10 minutes from Launceston, Tasmania on Friday 31st October and Saturday 1st November. Effervescence 2014 will allow visitors to speak directly to the producers of Tasmanian sparkling wines and sample their world leading products.

“Tasmanian sparkling wines are at the centre of a new movement so it is exciting to see an event harness this and celebrate other producers from around Tasmania”, said our Co-founder and owner Frances Bender.

“We are always looking for collaborations which showcase Tasmanian produce and to share our work with local communities and visitors.”

Jeremy Dineen, Chief Winemaker at Josef Chromy Wines said, “This is one of the most exciting wine events to take place in Tasmania and provides an unparalleled opportunity to taste some of the world’s greatest sparkling wines.”
