How to make salmon nori rolls and nigiri

How to make Nigiri:

  1. Select a fresh loin of Huon Salmon and thinly slice
  2. Prepare sushi rice
  3. Use damp hands to mould a tablespoon of the sushi rice and a salmon slice
  4. Garnish with wasabi


How to make Nori Rolls:

  1. Cut the salmon into thin lengths
  2. Lay sushi rice on the nori paper, spreading it across the whole nori paper
  3. Turn the paper over
  4. Lay out the shiso leaves and place the Huon Salmon strips on top
  5. Add thinly sliced avocado, and shredded beetroot and carrot
  6. Roll into a log firmly
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  8. Slices into bite sized pieces
