How to make Nigiri:
- Select a fresh loin of Huon Salmon and thinly slice
- Prepare sushi rice
- Use damp hands to mould a tablespoon of the sushi rice and a salmon slice
- Garnish with wasabi
How to make Nori Rolls:
- Cut the salmon into thin lengths
- Lay sushi rice on the nori paper, spreading it across the whole nori paper
- Turn the paper over
- Lay out the shiso leaves and place the Huon Salmon strips on top
- Add thinly sliced avocado, and shredded beetroot and carrot
- Roll into a log firmly
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Slices into bite sized pieces
