Caviar is a seriously special food—its roots can be traced back to the 10th Century, when eggs of the Sturgeon fish were traded across Europe to end up on the tables of the wealthy aristocratic Byzantine Greeks.
Our own caviar journey started back in 2002 and today we are able to offer you this luxury at an affordable price.
Our range includes three products; Hand Milked Ocean Trout Caviar, Hand Milked Salmon Caviar and Ocean Grown Salmon Caviar.
A true connoisseur will know that the roe takes on a flavour profile from the environment in which the fish lived. Ocean-grown caviar takes on a slightly salty taste from the sea, whereas our hand-milked fish live in freshwater so their roe has a subtle minerality.
Caviar is known as a punch to the senses, with a unique popping feeling when eating the pearls creating an explosion of flavour.
