As producers of premium Huon Salmon and Trout products, we know how integral the region and environment in which you farm is to the quality of the final product.
We pride ourselves on producing Salmon and Ocean Trout in some of the world’s most pristine environments, and we share our waterways and farmlands with a wide array of prestigious local producers. The Huon Valley region is a hub of ever-expanding premium product, from apples, to wine and cider, cheese, and of course salmon. So when we were given the opportunity to support some of Australia’s most-up-and-coming producers, there was no doubt which award we wanted to support!
We are thrilled to say that Huon Salmon is the proud supporter of the delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards for 2019, sponsoring the Outstanding Region award.
OUTSTANDING REGION: “This award is for an Australian region or place that has successfully established itself as an outstanding culinary destination.” – delicious.com.au

We strive to be one of the most transparent and open producers in our industry, engaging in conversations around approach, sustainability and innovation. This is why our support of the 2019 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards with their focus on #knowingyourproducer, aligns so well with our ethics and core values.
