  • 15ml Shoyu (Japanese soy)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 150g ramen noodles (cooked and cooled)
  • 1/4 cup carrot (cut into matchstick shape)
  • 1/4 cup daikon (cut as above)
  • 1/4 cup cucumber (cut as above)
