  • 300g Huon Premium Hot Smoked Salmon broken into 2cm pieces
  • 500g large spiral pasta
  • 200g spinach
  • 200g feta, crumbled
  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 2 cups coarse white breadcrumbs
  • 50g unsalted butter
