Huon Salmon Tartare

These super easy Salmon snacks make the ultimate entrée when entertaining guests!

Ingredients

  • 200gm Fresh Huon Salmon belly (skin off)
  • 2 sheets yaki nori
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 Tbsp miso paste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, diced finely
  • 1 small bunch chives finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Kewpie mayonnaise

    Dice salmon belly into small cubes

    Flash the nori sheets over a gas flame to toast, careful not to catch on fire. Use scissors and cut each sheet into 4 small squares

    Mix miso, lime juice, chilli, chives and mayonnaise together with salmon belly

  4. 4

    Place 2 slivers of avocado on each nori square

  5. 5

    Top with Salmon mixture

    Garnish with chives

    Eat like you would a taco!
