- 7 brussel sprouts, shaved
- 1 shallot, shaved
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 lime cheek, juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 red chilli, seedless and thinly sliced
- 100g Huon Thai Lemongrass Wood Roasted Salmon
- Soft/Hard tacos
- 1 tsp fried shallots
Add brussel sprouts, shallot, kewpie, lime and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix together well.
Once mixed, add in ginger and chilli and mix again before placing it onto taco.
Add fried shallots over the top before adding on salmon.
