  • 400g Huon Ocean Trout (cut into 3 cm cubes)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 brown onion (diced small)
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup torn parsley
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves (torn)
  • 4 cups cooked spaghettini
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces grilled sourdough
