  • 1 tbsp purple shallots, diced
  • 1 tbsp red chili, diced
  • 1 tbsp cucumber, diced

  • 1 tbsp lemon oil
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Pinch of Tasman Sea Salt
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
