The Huon Story – Edition 12

In this edition of the Huon Story, we celebrate yet more excellent results from the latest Storm Bay BEMP and AusRivAS sampling from the water downstream from our hatcheries, which again show little impact as a result of our farming operations.

We provide updates on our activities supporting and engaging with communities, including disaster and resilience planning, education, shoreline clean-ups and our Helping Hand program.

We showcase our leadership in the industry, with stories about our progress against the Legislative Council Inquiry recommendations, Huon’s participation in Blue Economy CRC initiatives, updates on the landspreading program, the latest on Omega Treats and lots more!

Finally, we also celebrate the achievements of just some of our fantastic staff – from promotions at Paramatta Creek, some great safety initiatives, our next generation and our wonderful IT team.

Happy reading!
