Customer Service Operator

Our Customer Service and Operations team performs the vital roles of harvest planning, engaging with customers and freight providers, and working with internal teams including Sales and Marketing, Finance, Factory, and Harvest.

The team operates on a roster with key duties including responding to public enquiries, processing orders, liaising with the Factory around quality, providing freight and logistic support, and providing support and back up to all areas of Customer Service & Operations as required including Retail, Wholesale & Foodservice, Export, Online, Staff, Claims, Pricing, Harvest Planning, and Logistics.

Our team have experience with working under pressure, problem solving, adaptability and continuous improvement, confidentiality, IT literacy and a providing exceptional customer service.

Due to the nature of the role, additional hours are required during peak sales periods over Easter and Christmas.
