Huon Aquaculture work placement program supports the education of young professionals interested in pursuing a career in aquaculture by providing hands-on experience to those who are keen to learn more about salmon farming. During a work placement with Huon, pre-clinical or clinical, students are given the opportunity to work and learn alongside our dedicated staff to gain a full understanding of what is involved in producing high-quality salmon. Our staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable in what they do and are committed to educating the next generation of salmon producers/practitioners.
Due to the high level of demand for industry work placements, Huon Aquaculture limits the number of student placements to ensure a more valuable learning experience.
