Here we attempt to bring our world to you in some small way so you can see for yourself what makes Huon Tasmanian Salmon so special. We have carefully prepared as much useful information, in word and pictures, to enhance your experience as much as possible.

Huon Tasmanian salmon is one of life's sweet and simple pleasures. We trust as you view these pages that your understanding of salmon aquaculture, Huon style & our exceptional Huon Premium Tasmanian salmon products will increase.

We have also prepared some delicious recipes for you to experience. Some of the recipes have been contributed by our friends, who happen to be world reknowned chefs, so for sure you will be in for a treat.
