Huon Salmon Tartare

Ingredients
200gm
Fresh Huon Salmon belly (skin off)
2 sheets
yaki nori
1
avocado sliced
1 Tbsp
miso paste
Juice of 1 lime
1
long red chilli, seeds removed, diced finely
1
small bunch chives finely chopped
¼ cup
Kewpie mayonnaise
Method

Dice salmon belly into small cubes

Flash the nori sheets over a gas flame to toast, careful not to catch on fire. Use scissors and cut each sheet into 4 small squares

Mix miso, lime juice, chilli, chives and mayonnaise together with salmon belly

Place 2 slivers of avocado on each nori square

Top with Salmon mixture

Garnish with chives

Eat like you would a taco!
