Hot Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients

Hot Smoked Huon Salmon, flaked

hardboiled eggs, halved

rashers streaky bacon

cos lettuce, cut into wedges

asparagus spears, sliced

slices sourdough, charred and chopped into large croutons
DRESSING
3tbsp
horseradish
1 cup
sour cream
1/4 cup
baby capers
1/4 bunch
bunch of parsley, chopped

gherkins, diced

shallot, finely diced

lemon, juiced
salt to season

To make the dressing mix all the dressing ingredients until well combined

Combine all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl and dress with the horseradish dressing
